    ATC's so far off commercialisation, if at all, that even Shire didn't put out. Current market conditions, constrained access to credit when they need it most, bolstering their Board with M&A experience, road shows, etc, hints at a swan song.

    Voluntary liquidation by the end of this year. Any bets?
