I have met plenty of women like Julia Gillard.

We have a few where I work.

Confident and self righteous.

Big on the talk, small on delivery.

If you dont agree with their ideas they quickly pull the sexist card.

Once given power they will change successful procedures and practices, not for the good of anyone but just to satisfy their own narrow beliefs.

some positives are that they are very predictable and are easy to wind up. they will hit below the belt and fight like a caged lion but when the acid is really applied they will run and cry then leave.
