Can't believe people hear trying to find a way to do away with PI's incentives.
Hope your landlords jack the rent up.
If your past 30 and still renting then you've got a big L painted on your forehead.
Trying to justify renting by saying property is going down 50-60% is probably the reason your renting - your on drugs to think that.
Shocked eh!
Wait until you hit your 50's and you've got nothing behind you and realise you'll have to work past 75 and then head of to the soup kitchen pension that is waiting for you.
By then my dear friends the landlords of today will be spending summer in the south of France thanks to you renters.
