    Negative gearing means everyones PPOR is inflated...Means house owners have more equity...

    Its the people who don't own property should hate neg gearing... Then again without it they would be forced into housing commission style communities...

    Unfortunately we are where we are... If you dump the neg gearing mechanism then the property market would be flooded with property tomorrow...

    However Stamp Duty is a joke and I hate it!!! Can't disagree with you there...
