Have you seen ASIC and ASX done something useful lately?
Dare I say it, it takes ages for them to do anything, and even if they do it, most of the time they will fail.
look at Henry Kaye case. A waste of our money and he is still laughing all the way to the bank.
short selling still a go at the moment.
