    Thanks a heap Swap, I just didn't think there were enough CER's outside of institutions to drive price down to 7c as I thought I was getting a bargain at 25c. I don't really get how Orbis wasn't listed as a substantial holder in CER's annual report for 08 if DB and not JP are buying for them.
