I feel confident that knowledge of swaps and other financial instruments is a core competency of the CEO, CFO and the rest of the finance team at Centro.

I guess it's the backdrop of the general financial environment that they are trying to content with... and of course the fact that most media commentators really don't understand the nuts and bolts.
