Swap a couple of comments:

1. I would have thought the swap agreements are with parties other than the loan party and that they were for the life of the original loan. Now that some loans have finished (although temporarily extended), could we assume that some of those swap agreements have now been completed (unless of course they rolled them over as well if they wanted and were able to - although you would wonder why when everyone expects rates to continue to fall).

2. If the hedging book with external parties is in the money, is that not a way of raising some quick cash by terminating them early?
