Answer:
Basically they are on the brink of bankruptcy if they go bankrupt the service business is worthless. The market there for isn't valuing it.

Answer:
That would be pretty much impossible for anyone to work out accurately atm as you would need to know what the assets are worth today. Thats anyones guess atm and only have old figures to go on. On friday centro will tell us themselves I recommend waiting. I have heard Centro are leverage some where in the 90% rate LVR.
