Seems a fair bit away in coming to fruition, albeit, I have litle knowledge other than your post, cost and environmental factors driving the change and not performance. I'm sure cost will level out if it was to become key.
I'm sure I read somewhere that our Cobalt claim could be used as a bargaining chip further down the line.
