exactly mate.. i hv seen people at .gov departments .. worked with them for 10 years
it's like a summer camp - u 'll be lucky to squeeze 2 hours of productivity from them.
good work if u can get it & don;'t mind a bit of boredom & 10% less than competitive environments.
infact u can even trade the mkts the whole day from the smartphone
