CycleBottom, your posts about mining in Sweden have no credibility because you completely lack knowledge of Swedish mining laws, ordinances and regulations!
The uranium ban was not an issue to get exploitation concessions for non-uranium minerals, under the Minerals Act, nor to not get a permit for mining in accordance with the Environmental Code (1988:808) but Aura Energy have never applied for any exploitation concessions.
On May 16, 2018, the Swedish Parliament (Riksdagen) passed an amendment to the Environmental Code banning uranium mining in the country and this was, according to my opinion, in favour for Aura Energy, as the Swedish municipalities total veto rights/power was eliminated.Furthermore, Aura Energy have unfortunately not applied for and had not any exploitationconcession permits in Sweden.
