The denialist's head in the sand brigade are now seeing the reality of Europe's descent into a horrific future of disharmony and destruction.
A press photographer was injured and Swedish police fired shots at rioters after unrest broke out in Stockholm on Monday night.
The riots in the Rinkeby suburb erupted when police were making an arrest near the underground station in the predominantly immigrant suburb, reports Swedish media outlet thelocal.
The unrest came only two days after US President Donald Trump provoked consternation by appearing to imply, incorrectly, that immigrants were behind a wave of unrest in the Scandinavian country.
Video of the riot's aftermath shows burning cars and emergency services attending the area.
Police said that over a period of four hours "several people" threw rocks at officers and one officer had fired his gun at rioters.
Shopfronts were vandalised, cars torched and there were reports of looting.
A photographer from the local media site DN said he was beaten by up to 15 people and had his camera stolen.
Rinkeby was the scene of similar rioting in 2010 and 2015.
