Hopefully it shows AEE is serious about pulling out of Uranium focussed exploration in Sweden due to change in law.
Swedish environmental groups can produce simple videos (mentioning AEE) without scientific studies. But tax payers seeing videos would probably be more concerned about a quick dispute settlement with AEE.
AEE would be failing a duty of care to shareholders if it did Not make a claim for compensation due to a new law to prevent uranium mining. It can not be applied retrospectively or back dated to deny the claim for any losses. The bottom line is Sweden has rules in place to help AEE justify a claim.
