Its about the change in law that prevents a company reaching the final result of uranium production. AEE may have been in different syages along pathway to production and possibly slowed down due to proposed changes to the law or a drop in uranium prices.
A similar problem was experienced in Australia by "exploration" companies that were granted permission to extract gas in New South Wales and Victoria. Govt lobbyists in parliament somehow created a ban over new gas projects and compensation claims have been made. All of these companies were not extracing the gas resource, but either in exploration phase or progression into full licence phase. Irrespective it is the principle of the matter that problems arise when the law is changed at short notice and business & investors spend years planning progress to get a financial return.
Lets just wait for Swedish govt response get some understanding from AEE.
