If you want to convince the market, competitors and shareholders that you are busy with pretty lame presentations then just put some fake adverts out. When you you get asked, no-one can prove anything, so just say you are reviewing all applications or say we have not found the the right person.
Annual report had no forecast and no budget for growth, in fact they reduced all operating costs so if they suddenly release a new product, are they misleading shareholders?
