I wouldn't buy any of this stock without way more information.

With the communication life-cycle of this company I would probably sell.

You never know how much money they will have spent before they release another announcement, the company could be worthless soon enough and have to raise more capital in dilution.

Everyone thinks Jason Peterson invested in this company, I think he intentionally diluted the old founders and gained voting rights through a rights issue (which he intentionally failed to get investor buy-in for) permitted by his long term friend David Wheeler, who subsequently (mentioned in an earlier announcement) subsequently got millions of shares offered to him at below market price, $0.002 I believe.

If that doesn't say the share price will go down to $0.001 I don't know what will.

Soon enough he will do another rights issue and smash every shareholder to hell.
