Admin guys need this to get up so they get paid. Trident want this to get up so they will bring a 3rd party who can list. Trident will own a heap of shares and poor holders again get diluted to almost nothing. Absolute BS.

So 105mil shares to vote MIN also allowed unfortunately.

If we vote yes EGO is no more and in time another new name is what it will be called it could even be a oil coy I don’t discard this as trident said this to me. It goes to highest bidder. Lol.

Then a prospectus is offered they mentioned raise $4mil at 4c for new company who ever it is and the BS cycle continues if useless boards continually doing cap raises delivering jack. Blah blah.

Holders once list sell shares at 2c, 1.5,1,.5cents as not all will go at 2c. Then we can complete our loss etc or hold for years with your couple of shares etc. I won’t be.

OR

Be a pain in the butt vote NO to all stick it up all all of those parties. Goes back to admin who go back to creditors and find another party which would be better than tridents huge dilution to holders which is unacceptable to me.

Even admin could decide to finally liquidate us if no better offer happens. I am in favour st this stage to vote no. When my loss is that big a couple of $ means nothing. Rather be a pain in butt and watch them all sweat and get nothing.
