    OXX also have a put / call option with NZO to carry them thru their full cost of Matuku 2 for an extra 5% interest.
    In other words, 17.5% / 5% = carry of 3.5 TIMES their costs. When was the last time you saw a small oiler do a deal like that? Market is asleep and a small number of holders are impatient / nervous. Crazy crazy stuff.
