    No, you would know it if you had gout. Like having little razor blades in the joints.

    There is very good medication for gout sufferers.

    If you have chronic recurring gout there is a daily medication (forgotten the name) which will change the balance of the uric acid reversible crystallization reaction so that you wont get crystallization (long term relief).

    When you are having a gout attack, take Allopurinol - I find this very effective.

    Obviously, go to a quack - I may have these 2 meds mixed up. If your quack doesn't know what these meds are, find a new one.
