    people are starting to forget that talbot group approach hanlong to offloads the shares to them and not hanlong approach talbot group and also talbot group spoke to GJ about this before it happen. YES the offer is low but it seems like everyone is blaming everything on hanlong for this, this is internatinal business and every buyer of a business wants to buy it cheap
