if you are going to wait for VEA to come down, I would suggest that there would be a good comparison to the cartoon featuring a stooped old man with thick glasses and a cane looking back over his shoulder with the caption underneath stating “A picture of a young man waiting for realestate prices to come down” !
Macquarie has VEA in its pick of dividend stocks and also in its top selected stocks for capital gain.
