One would have thought that if they were aware that the funding was not coming to fruition they could have announced it this morning. So one would assume it is still in the pipeline. Why have they only given themselves one day to complete negotiations/ transactions etc., wouldn't it have been preferable to carry the suspension till monday to cover all bases.
On the contrary it may take 24hrs to prepare an explanation of the company's future plans.
