If they went into liquidation you will never lose access to them. I could do whatever I like with my shares through link markets or computershare even though stake is my online broker. i would just have to pay a higher brokerage rate to get processed through them if I decide to buy/sell. The same goes for any company on the asx that supplies you with a personal HIN.
