Further evidence of this running out of steam is down to the fact that they failed to rebalance the ETF in April citing market conditions. Surely these market conditions would accelerate the requirement to rebalance rather than remove it. I can't find out if they rebalanced the following quarter but I hope they did.

Indeed it's a pretty weird product and I don't really see the appeal of it before even taking into account the relatively high management fees. Can't see it ever taking off in its current form
