    Ubank had the most unprofessional customer service. It was very hit and miss and took 20 days.

    Australian Unity had good customer service but were the worst to deal with in regards to certified documentation sent via snail mail and took 10 days.

    Me bank was very quick and easy and also professional. It took 2 days

    Virgin bank was ok but slow to reply and took 14 days.
