So you're giving up direct ownership of your etf with swf and moving to a custodian based product where your units are owned by someone else and you're just the beneficial owner. you need to read the pds carefully. This isn't apples with apples. direct ownership (swf model for asx) is generally superior and lower risk vs ownership via a third party entity if anything goes wrong.
