    Pretty sure it was around 2:30pm that things started hanging although at that time I was just checking the market.

    They followed it through after hours, it was rectified around 7pm and client services got involved with a tailored message. What more can you ask?

    AustralianSuper has just come up after half a day and not so much as a message.
