I'd like to see Selfwealth bring back telephone support as a point of differentiation if they can't "out-tech" some of the other competitors at this point, higher net worth/older audience they're claiming to go after usually greatly appreciate that channel rather than grappling with chatbots etc.
Also wish they'd look to directly integrate with (or merger, or buyout?) something like Sharesight for proper tax reporting/tracking dividends/performance charting as that is a point of difference none of these newer competing products do properly as most of them just have ASX as an afterthought to their 'main' country markets they are from.
