Anyone else receive this email today, what membership or subscription fees I do not see any ? Difficult to open t & c on phone
so cannot see the major changes



This is a notification that Selfwealth has changed our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and Financial Service Guide (FSG).

Please note: these terms are effective from November 9, 2023. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should cease using the Selfwealth Services. By continuing to use the Selfwealth Services after the end of the 10-business-day notice period, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

For T&Cs updates, please see a summary of main changes below:

• We’ve included a 10-day notice period for updates to:

  • Our disclosure documents and terms of service.

  • Our services and features.

  • Changes to membership fees.

• We’ve broadened responsibility in regard to liability clauses.

• We’ve expanded Section 43 in relation to account suspension, or termination of trading services.

• We’ve expanded Section 3 in line with most recent AML/CTF (Anti-money Laundering and Counter-terrorism Financing) obligations.

• We’ve clarified a three-day rule restriction around cash balance and nominated bank account withdrawals in regard to uncleared funds.

You can view the changed T&Cs in by:

• Logging in to your Selfwealth account on desktop and navigating to ‘Settings’ > ‘Documents and Forms’ and downloading the T&Cs document.
