Today will be day 3, assuming trades occur, of working out what the 5-day VWAP is for the on-market buyback which can start next Weds. From this we get the standard on-market buyback rule of max price payable being 5-day VWAP + 5%. Current VWAP looks like it is sitting a bit over 13c so max would be 13.5c, possibly 14c, but who knows how the next 3 trading days will change this.

Aha, that explains the meltdown to this crazy low sp. Sure, they are playing funnybuggers pushing the sp down so can buy back low before it resumes its upward move.
