I'm not sure who would get the premium, if any. I'd just hope that we don't get significantly diluted at this price.

But interesting anyway, a combined business could be good.

- Guaranteed volumes for OMG, a market listing, and likely staff synergies.
- Improved marginals and financials for SWF.
- Combined group maybe looking like a better investment.

However, OMG recently having some turmoil - CEO stepped down, 21 fired (after hiring from 17 to 100 staff), capital restructure (raising funds etc), and IPO on hold (after Robinhood left them).
