SWF are in a trading halt until they get the $10m away to the "unsophisticated", sophisticated investors away. If SWF was trading and it went to $39c or below then the $10m placement could struggle.

SPP opens 23rd July and closes August 6th. Generally you can see the sophisticated placement chase the share price down to 39c trying to take the available profit. SP will probably overshoot to below 39c, making the SPP less attractive. SPP might not get completed but at least they get the $10m - IMO, DYOR
