    After looking at CER it does look like the better bet. It holds alot more AU centres which is performing alot better then the US centres. Debit is lower and has alot less writedowns.

    If CER can survive without CNP is as big a gamble as buying in CNP itself I think its defenitely a 50/50 call. There is alot of loans between the two. Can't find where they are disclosed in the balance sheet. But Ive heard from a GR statement their is several that exist. There is also the 51% stake in CER owned by CNP Which could destablize the company if CNP goes down.

    I also believe they are not effected by the lawsuit thats going on. So their is no exposure their either. Having the Centro name attached to it could really hurt CER I believe if CNP go down. Imagine if there was a company called HIH retail who would invest in it ? If it was linked to the orginial company their would be a stigma that could be shaken. Even with a name change. MUD sticks
