Have a look at some of Swaps and Pies previous posts for CER. If CNP went belly up CER would be managed by another (like Westfield) and the name would probably change. SP has been crucified by association. I believe CER much better buying now. The selling of CNP has been too relentless. CER had heaps of 1000000 crosstrades even after annual report. Good luck
