You make some very good points:
Regarding options GBZ has 113m oppies and 218m shares, that means there are 52% as many oppies as shares which is outrageously high ratio, there would be very companies with such a high level of options. Serious Insto's will never buy GBZ shares because if they go above 20c the upside for them is severely capped as they get diluted when people exercise options.

Most explorers try to have a tight capital structure so if there is value added the uplift is spread around a smaller number of shares and price goes up. GBZ is too top heavy in oppies which just dilutes value and share price.
