Not for me to judge them on legality , just know as a person how I would feel if I did what they did from an ethical perspective in business , as I have screwed up in the past scrupulously taking commision on deals I should have shared with others in machinery sales and then it eats inside of me even now .
I guess as you get older your humility also increases as doubt I could do what I did then now.

As to "board has to go where the votes are" , you seem to be forgetting about the BDO recommendation.
