Is our society regressing?
Fair enough we have allowed the fading out of christianity in our society to appease and allign ourselves with modern and inclusive thinking.
SO why are local councils allowed to change and rearrange the specific use of public assets (namely swimming pools) for the use of only one religous group, effectively making this public asset a closed shop for the rest of the population during these arrangements?
Are these arrangements compatible with discrimination tests in a socially inclusive society?
