I went back about 10 years looking for a confirming pattern to the exact same expectation.
Mate it was a Fifty/Fifty at best.
We have increased profits on recent % increase charged on loans!!
Should be Record Profits if they follow suit with other banks announcements late last year.
What exposure will CBA have in the QLD floods??
IMO all Bank shares should have gone up at the time of the announcement. Investors usually love that sort of thing and so does the Institutions, strangely it didnt.As it was a classic example of buy the rumour sell the news play.
Was it an attempt to rattle Small Investors into submission.
This month should tell
