Not without it's risks, but if CXS can pull of an approval vote with ODAC this will bear significant influence towards FDA approval (more often than not it is).

If they succeed with FDA approval they will become the first aussie company to go it alone with a new drug to the US.

Let's hope that if there's success that this will translate to more media spot light on other aussie biotechs too and get the whole industry down here a much needed boost.
