Its not that risky if you aware of the ranges and possibilities, you just need to know what your risk is before you enter the trade, i currently use a dma cfd provider which i love being able to buy with only 3 % up frobt is great so i can have my money elsewhere ready to pounce. And being dma i dont have to worry about the provider being dodgy
