Thank you all for replying to my post. Your replies made me worried that my ignorance about UOS might cause me to miss a rare investment opportunity.
I have decided to look at this company this weekend with my own set of eyes and will try to come up with my own conclusion.
I will then re-read the various posts on UOS and see if my conclusion is the same as yours.
I will also try to re-read @MarsC post and hopefully at that time I will have a better chance of understanding it.
