I think people are underestimating the effect Trump has had on this election. People have had a glimpse of what our future could look like when we give right wing racists free rein, it gets pretty ugly pretty quick. People getting shot in a supermarket just because of their skin colour. Comments like Sparktraders "send them back to China they don't belong here" are evidence of just how hate filled the Right can be. Australia is better than that.
