Whatever happened this was a pre-agreed deal and you don't put that amount of shares on the market if you think the deal is going bad hoping someone will pick them up ????

As previously posted only one player would want Roseby as much as the xmen ie. MMG.

I know it is a big if, but what if they are doing deals with the major fund shareholders and can pick up a major % of the company under the nose of the xmen. And if i was AC (directly or through Credit Suisse) I would be talking to the other possible interested parties.

Wishful thinking but wouldn't you love to be in the middle of a takeover battle between the xmen and MMG - $2 here we come.
