French company Total are interested in the complete stake of PNG LNG I think that its on the books for 6.6 billion so a sale @ 6 billion would be favorably received leaving the company with 3 plus billion in debt. Then keep the rest of the assets would probably see this north of $7.00 pretty quick, the cash coming out of the GLNG looking after the remaining debt and keep dividend in place. A carve up for long term holders but giving certainty for the future.
