I think you'll find that NSE do spend money on the Goldwyer (as operator) but will be quickly reimbursed on the credit terms agreed between COP and NSE. They may not pay for everything, but they certainly will for some.
Therefore, you will see NSE's cash position drop a bit but will quickly be topped up through reimbursement.
Still, no need to really sell BRU at this stage, but if they do...I trust Sam has a reason. He always seems to.
