re: geffa-sell amp & buy all Alpha,
AMP announced that they are no longer a substantial All shareholder(ie now own <5%), but that was by selling only apprx.500,000 AMP shares up until 7/2/03.
So unless AMP have dumped the remaining 23m ALL shares since then, they would probably still hold at least 15m
