Main task for NGF in the near term is reducing that debt to a managable level. If you recall from the recent announcement they need to raise $30mill by Sep 2011 to avoid a 'poison pill' interest hike.

That said I think the future is bright in the medium term. The gold price is in NGF favour and the relatively new management team is good and focussed on reducing cost and increasing the resource base.
