Devander, have you factored in the 220 million new shares on issue expected to be received Monday/Tuesday of next week, any quantity which might be offered to sell-anywhere from 0-220 mill) or the possibility of the company P&D to offset this expectation proposing a future potential sale price of DBCT, or another as yet unknown factor such as the crash of the Dow?
