dexter at this point in time it is as you say mostly smaller companies involved. But there is a growing number of them and together they equate to a substantial growing business not only in renewables but also in clean coal technologies, nuclear etc. If as it appears will happen that carbon trading becomes a reality then these companies and many other newcomers will grow rapidly as will the beauracracy created to manage it and a huge industry will be born. But only if greenhouse theory can be sold as fact, so there is now plenty of business interest in selling it. Dave R.
